of course, since it's been 3 business days, t-mobile has not refunded me the $90 they owe me, and it's possible that they will overdraw my account. i'm really, really happy about my new cell phone service right about now.

that sucks!! i would call your bank and tell them what's going on. maybe they will spare you the overdraft charge since it is not your fault.

on second thought, you really should call your bank and have them deal with this. one time an oil change place charged me twice, and I called the bank to resolve it instead of jiffy lube. they removed the charge and made the funds available while the investigation was still pending, with the stipulation that they would recharge me if I was not in the right.

see, i'd immediately called t-mobile, because when i used to bank at wells fargo, they refused to touch double charges, directing me to the vendor, instead. i assumed washington mutual was the same, but perhaps it's worth a shot - if they haven't given me my money by the end of the day, as the customer service rep told me they would, i'll let wamu know that the vendor is being uncooperative.
