ohmigod, i'm actually MOVING!

so, fed ex has all of my belongings. i feel incredibly light. sure, there's some things to go in the back of the car, like my photography equipment, important papers, stereo . . . but the rest-- all on its merry way to chicago (and it'll get there three days before me).

i'm starting to get really excited, now that i don't have this wall of stuff in front of me. the car's doing fine, j1's much better at driving stick, i've gotten a chance to go back to my favorite bar . . . you know, the important things.
