my thesis-oriented meeting went really well. she's agreed to be on my committee, which means i only need one more reader, and she was very helpful in offering suggestions for frameworks, drawing lines, etc.

plus, she was a fulbright scholar. she's happy to help if i decide to apply. which is awesome.
