fed ex broke my television set. i'm so fucking pissed right now-- and it's going to take at least a month for me to see any money on this.

I'm so sorry. They broke some custom framed pictures of mine a while ago. I was mailing them for my mom, so she has been dealing with it, but I know it has been a hassle. Good luck!

thanks. my day has actually turned around a bit now. after crying a bit over my loss, i sucked it up, tried to get some perspective, and drove myself back out to ikea to actually get a bed. the delivery thing was going to cost a bundle ($99 for it to arrive on FRIDAY), so i hunted in the stacks for a while, and found a good-quality latex mattress rolled up like a burrito, so i could actually fit it in my car! and now it's all set up in my room!

hooray for having a bed!
