i was looking forward to a mellow evening at home last night, but i certainly didn't expect to get . . . bored.

however, i finally finished witches of eastwick (which is SO different from the movie, especially the second half, that i can't even begin to tell you), and i'm still trying to figure out exactly how i feel about it. in some ways, it reads like a feminist tract, but then you remember that it's being written by a middle-aged man, and that's a kind of odd, and then all of the little things that might not bother you so much if it had been written by a woman start to pop into your brain . . . which made me wonder, am i prejudiced against men who try to write from a female perspective?

watched a few more episodes of the prisoner, too. only four left! man, i love patrick mcgoohan.

i wanted to watch the first episode of the orlando jones show, because i love him, and want to have a million of his babies, but i fell asleep right after csi:miami (shut up! i have this weird thing about david caruso!). did anyone watch it? was it any good? please say it was- i really hate talk shows, but i want orlando to do well.
