alexeyebecause i wasn't having enough problems with expensive, hard-to-fix belongings, my computer has now decided to suck. specifically, every time i open word, it freezes on the opening screen. fabulous.
if anybody has any ideas why this is happening, or what i could do to fix it, please let me know . . .
