when my friend and i drove into chicago last august, we had no idea what was going on, and she looked at me in horror (she'd never been to chicago before) and said, "please don't tell me your new apartment is this close to the airport." i lived in wrigleyville. truth be told, i think i would have preferred planes to cubs fans.
