i talked to my dad the other night, and he brought up an interesting point re. return of the king - compared to the other two films, there's virtually NO previews/advertisements for this one. it opens in a little over a week, and i have seen not ONE television ad. there are a few bilboards/posters up in chicago, but so far that's about it. seriously, the extended dvd version of two towers has gotten more press than what i've heard will be the best film of the trilogy.
could matrix-itis have set in? or am i not looking in the right places?
