stupid ikea

my bed order went awry, and i can't leave the house today until my fed ex-ed stuff comes, so it looks like AT LEAST one more night of sleeping on the floor. and i really wanted to go to campus tomorrow to start looking for a job . . . i guess if i have to wait until thursday, it's not the end of the world, but i really don't want to wait much longer. i'm sure lots of positions are already taken. at least i discovered that the school's website gives links to local job search pages. crossing my fingers . . .

I am currently perusing the IKEA catalog for beds myself. What did you order and how is it (I guess that one is for after you get it)?

i've just ordered the mattress & pad for now, but i think i'm getting the malm or the tovik bed frame. i really like my bed to be low, and very simple.
