alexeyei'm so annoyed right now. before i left for vegas (two weeks ago tomorrow), i bought hair product at a store near my house, and they double-charged my card for almost $50. that's $50 OVER what i actually bought: nearly $100 total. and it wasn't my credit card, but my debit card, so the money came straight out of my checking account.
i found this out after i got back from my trip, and today marks my SIXTH TRY to get my money back. i've called, i've filed a complaint with my bank, i've gone into the store, and i've faxed my information to them numerous times, and today is the first day they've managed to give me an answer. and i won't know for sure that it's done until next MONDAY. are they kidding? who runs a business this badly? i'm certainly not going back there, and i'm telling all my friends to avoid them, too.
