she's gonna carry the little bundle of joy to term not through medical science, a healthy lifestyle, or (obviously) any talent on her part, but purely through the love of jesus, her personal lord and savior. i wish i was kidding, but if you've heard her interviewed before you know what i'm talking about.
she's half jewish - her mom's about as WASPy as they come . . . i haven't heard it myself (as i generally stay away from anything that comes out of gwyneth's mouth without an english accent), but tabris is convinced she's die-hard born-again.
the jeebus freak thing came out in her answer concerning her "technique" in creating a character during a recent "inside the actor's studio." her answer to the query was basically, "well, i just open myself up to jesus and the character appears." wow. i just piled up five-figure student loan debts to learn technique in acting and it turns out all i had to do was pick up a bible. just my luck.
