if my property company removes the deck from my apartment, without notice, and also leaves the laundry facilities broken for an unspecified period of time, without notification, do you think it is justifiable to ask for a reduction in rent?

oh, and the laundry facilities, if they are fixed, are generally only accessible via the back deck.

i hate this apartment, i really do.

yes. Check the rent laws for your area because often there is a specific procedure you have to follow to legally withhold rent.
