i fucking hate sprint pcs. but it'll cost $150 to get out of my contract.

this is my fourth call to customer service today. the last representative simply put me back on hold and let someone else pick me up. i'm so goddamn mad right now.

Sometimes they will let you switch plans, and if you switch to a cheap enough one and just ride out the end of the contract it can end up costing less money.

yeah, after i was on the phone with sprint yesterday afternoon, i went down to the store . . . apparently, the only sprint store in chicago that doesn't have an on-site tech. great.
