various presents

alexeyei decided to surprise my father for father's day, and send him a couple of my paintings that he particularly likes. we usually don't do the "little" holidays like father's day, but he's been so great to me the last few months (giving me little presents, not so little presents, and $$ to help pay off my student loans), that i wanted to do something he'd really appreciate.
i'm a bit more challenged by gifts for my graduating friends. there are three of them, and we're all on different levels of closeness. i'm giving j1 a card, a list of political movies, and maybe some flowers . . . but i don't know about the other girls. i want to do something more than just a card, but i don't think i have time to do a painting or anything. shoot. i'm so lazy: it's my own damn fault that i've left this to the last minute.
