alexeyei've been reading all morning - taking a little break to let it sink in a little. while writing my response for my indian art class, i was gratified that i got more out of a first reading than i'd initially thought. brecht is tough, though, and will definitely require a second reading. plus, i have yet to attack the 100+ pages my crit professor gave us this week.
since i've done most of my schoolwork for the day, i should really go downtown and check out some cheap office clothes at express and h&m. but i REALLY don't feel like shopping. i'm starting to get really paranoid about money.
matchstick men was somewhat disappointing - filmmakers should remember that, when making a heist/con film, the characters should be able to outsmart the audience, not just each other.
saw the trailer for mystic river, which has such a fantastic cast. i'm really looking forward to seeing it.
