alexeyeso, the store i wrote about last week? the one that owes me money? well, they STILL haven't taken care of it. and today i got shunted over to ANOTHER office, to ANOTHER person who couldn't help me, and i am so fucking pissed right now. what the hell am i supposed to do? i filed a claim with my bank, but they say they're not sure if they can do anything, either.
wtf? do the just expect me to get frustrated and give up? because i really think that's what they're doing: stalling me until i finally throw up my hands.

Date: 2003-06-09 05:58 pm (UTC)I did this with the bank that screwed up my student loan. I wrote their office a letter. A couple weeks later I got a personal phone call from the manager telling me that the staff person who fucked me over had been reprimanded. They also gave me $50 as compensation for my stress.
A pretty sweet deal, and totally worth it.
